For large, bulk, or B2B orders, shipping fees are usually quoted separately and are not included in the product price unless explicitly stated.

3. Delivery Time

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance

  • Logistics provider operations

  • Force majeure or events beyond our control

Such delays do not constitute grounds for order cancellation or refunds.

4. Shipping Responsibility & Risk

Ownership and risk of loss or damage pass to the customer once the product has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

5. Inspection Upon Delivery

Any visible damage must be reported to the carrier and to us within 24 hours of delivery, supported by clear photos or videos.

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in the claim being rejected.

Customers are fully responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or additional charges imposed by the destination country.
We are not responsible for delays or costs related to customs procedures.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Any additional shipping or re-delivery costs shall be borne by the customer.
